YOU may then have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country they are sending to, the value of the item and whether it is a gift or commercial goods.
How do I return my YOJ jewellery?
Standard return period is 14 days after purchasing the order.
EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD:
Please note any purchases from November 26st until December 25th have until January 31st to exchange or return any unworn jewellery.
We understand you might have needed a little time to see if your new jewellery is perfect for you. If it isn't quite right you can send it back to us for either a refund or an exchange, under the designated timeframes below!

Please be aware that all products have additional stickers that under any circumstances can be removed, if the have been removed refund will not be acceptable.
Please note that we cannot accept earrings back due to hygiene reasons.
Due to a high volume of orders at the current time, please allow 14 working days for us to process your returns.
