Please allow 1 - 4 business days for us to pack and ship off your item(s) due to a large volume of orders. Next you will be receiving an email explaining that your order has been shipped, along with your tracking number.

Once we process your order(s), all shipping within U.K can take between 1 - 7 business days to reach its final destination. YOU!

 

International Shipping:

Once we process your order, all EXPRESS SHIPPING outside of U.K. typically takes between 2 - 6 (via DHL) business days and all STANDARD SHIPPING outside of U.K. can take up to 10 - 21 business days (via Royal Mail) to reach its final destination. YOU!

 

How do I return my YOJ jewellery?

We understand you might have needed a little time to see if your new jewellery is perfect for you. If it isn't quite right you can send it back to us for either a refund or an exchange, under the designated timeframes below!

Standard return period is 14 days after purchasing the order. Please email: info@beyoj.com and our girls will get back to you with more details.

 

Please be aware that all products have additional stickers that under any circumstances can be removed, if the have been removed refund will not be acceptable.

Please note that we cannot accept earrings back due to hygiene reasons.
