HOW WE DELIVER?
We use the UK Royal Mail delivery service, which can sometimes have a longer delivery window. We ask for your patience in receiving your order. As we move into 2023, we're actively working to improve our shipping methods. We're excited to introduce new options that will allow domestic orders to be delivered within 1-2 days, and international shipments to be delivered within 5 days. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and efficient delivery experience, so you can enjoy your YOJ pieces as soon as possible.
We're pleased to offer an extended returns period for all orders. You may return any order within 30 days of purchase. Please note that returns from outside the UK and US may be subject to a return fee, which will be calculated in our returns portal. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return, please reach out to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll be happy to assist you. We aim to process all returns within 14 working days, although during busier times of the year, this may take up to 30 working days. Returns from international countries outside mainland UK and the US may be subject to a return fee. This cost is calculated in our Returns Portal. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for orders returned to us from outside the EU.
We understand how frustrating it can be to receive faulty YOJ jewellery. Although such incidents are rare, we want to assure you that we have your back. Our dedicated customer service team is always ready to assist you in case of any faults or issues. Therefore, before returning the item, we kindly request you to get in touch with us. Our team will provide you with quick assistance and advise you on the next steps, as well as the time frame for receiving a replacement or refund.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days, however this may take up to 30 working days during busier times of year. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note, shipping costs are not refundable, and international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for orders returned to us from outside the EU.
