Terms & conditions


Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before dispatch of goods. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form.Goods supplied by YOJ to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.

All YOJ items have a warranty of 2 year. Unfortunately, our 2 year warranty does not cover the loss or theft of any pieces. We would advise you to contact your insurance/ home insurance to make a claim with them directly. We are happy to provide any proof of purchase information that you may need, to request this information please contact us.


Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Return Portal. 

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if: We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If we do cancel your contract, we will notify you by e-mail and will recredit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within five working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.


Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and the availability of the goods and will be invoiced at prices set out in our website at the time of purchase. All of our prices are listed in Pounds Sterling, and you will be invoiced in Pounds Sterling. If you are purchasing goods from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the amount billed on your credit card.


Please note that if you select a different currency to shop on the GBP site, and select Paypal as your payment method, Paypal will charge you for the order in GBP, which you will see at Checkout and in your order confirmation.


Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. We do not cover this cost so you will be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added. As customs vary from country to country, unfortunately we can’t advise on these charges, and would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

EU Orders: We would like to reassure all of our European customers that there will be no uninvited costs (additional customs taxes and duties) from Brexit's new trading laws. We're working hard to make sure your shopping experience at YOJ remains completely seamless.



If you find that you are not satisfied with any product or service, please contact us. You will receive a response within 7 working days. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within a further 14 working days.


Any mistakes in invoices, receipts or payments will be rectified as soon as possible, and at the latest within 5 working days of agreeing to do so.



Claims can only be made through our YOJ Customer Service department email here. Any claims made before prior communication with the YOJ Customer Service department will not be considered.

All goods must be counted and checked at the time of delivery. Any damage or faults must be reported on receipt of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Any claim in respect of the above should be made by contacting us within 48hrs of delivery.

No claims will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to.

No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer.

No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or handling by the customer of any goods supplied by YOJ.


From time to time, YOJ will offer promotional codes at points of sale (either directly or via third parties). YOJ have the right to further reduce their products and are unable to refund the difference to customers.

YOJ reserves the right to (i) cancel this offer at any time (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in the offer (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all customers.)

Refunds will take into account the discount. 

Offer does not include delivery charges or gift wrap. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.



All goods sold by YOJ meet statutory requirements. However, YOJ accept responsibility where goods supplied are subject to further processing or repackaging by the customer. Please note that all items are handcrafted from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from the image shown, in particular natural gemstones which can have slight inclusions. There may also be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.


Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item. Every effort has been made to illustrate colours accurately, but this is not always possible with digital reproduction on different web browsing platforms. Hence, there can be no guarantee that the true colour of the jewellery will be exactly as shown.



By tagging your social media posts and/or social media images (including their captions) with #YOJ, #yojondon and/or #imweraingyoj (in response to our request(s)) (the “YOJ Hashtags”), or with the following handles @YOJ_OFFICIAL or by uploading content to any YOJ website or mobile applications and/or the YOJ social media pages (together the “YOJ Platforms”) you agree to the following YOJ user-generated content (“UGC”) policy. 

All posts and content tagged with the YOJ Hashtags and/or the YOJ Handles, or uploaded to the YOJ Platforms, including without limitation, your name, biographical information and all other names, usernames, pseudonyms, text, likenesses, graphics, logos, marks, images, photographs, code, videos, clips, GIFs, moving images and all other information and material shall be referred to in this policy as UGC. 

You grant to us a royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable - unless you tell us otherwise - transferable, worldwide licence (including the right to sub-licence) to use, publish, edit and remove UGC in our sole discretion and on any media, for any purpose, including to advertise our products; You hereby warrant and represent that: i) you own all rights in UGC;ii) you have obtained permission from any person(s) identifiable in UGC to grant the rights specified in this policy, or where those person(s) are aged 18 years or under, you either: are the parent or legal guardian or such identified person(s), or have obtained the express consent from a parent or legal guardian of such identified person(s) to their appearance in UGC and to you submitting UGC to the YOJ Platforms.iii) your use and our use of UGC will not infringe the rights of any third party or breach any applicable law or regulation You hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waive (or procure the same from any third party where applicable) any and all moral rights and any other similar rights in connection with our usage of UGC. You agree that the personal data that we collect from UGC will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the terms of this policy. You shall indemnify and hold us harmless and any person acting our behalf from any and all claims, demands, costs, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) which we may incur in connection with the use of UGC. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time, so please check back here when you tag or upload UGC. To remove UGC please contact our Customer Service.


Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymiseddata).The personal information we may collect andstore about you includes,but is not limited to, the following information:

We may also use and share aggregated data, which may be derived from your personal data but due to the way the data is handled (by anonymising and/or combining it with other data) it is not considered by law to be personal data.  


We do not collect any special categories of personal data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

YOUR PERSONAL DATA (the “Site”) is owned and run by MONO JEWELERY Limited. (“we”, “us” or “our”). Your privacy is taken very seriously and steps are taken to ensure your privacy is protected at all times. We also believe it is important to let you know what information is collected from the Site and why, and what we do with this information. 


At YOJ, we collect personal information about you. We are the controller and responsible for the information we may collect. We collect this information in order to provide a personalised experience catered to you, offer you competitions and promotions and to ensure that YOJ is able to continue to improve its standards and services. This also allows us to alert you to administrational, product or service changes, and for marketing purposes. We gather this information about you when you engage in the following ways: 


You register with,or subscribe to, and marketing channels.

You use our online services and place orders.

You sign up to competitions or special offers.

You interact with us online via social media, digital advertising on our, or any other, website where YOJ are represented.

You ask for information, provide a testimonial or feedback, comment on blogs and articles that are represented by YOJ.

You attend an event hosted by us,or where we are acting as sponsor.


This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children. If you are under the age of 16, you must inform a parent or guardian about our privacy policy and obtain their agreement to this privacy policy before using any of our online services, including, but not limited to, registration with YOJ, subscribing to our newsletter, or placing an order with us.


We have appointed a data protection officer (“DPO”) who is responsible for overseeing questions in relation to this privacy policy. If you have any questions about this privacy policy, please contact the DPO using the details set out below.


We may use your personal data to send you marketing and promotional information if you have:

requested information from us; 

or purchased goods from us; and

We ensure that your personal data is protected by the appropriate security measures to prevent accidental loss, unauthorised use, alteration or disclosure. In addition, we only share your personal data with those employees, or third parties who have a business need to know. The Promoter is: MONO JEWELLERY LIITED (“YOJ”). The Promotion is: WIN £500 TO SPEND ON YOJ JEWELLERY The Promotion Period is: 7am GMT 10 May 2023 (“Opening Date”) to 7am GMT 10 June 2023 (“Closing Date”). The Prize is: 2x £500 (or $500 dependent on your location) YOJ gift voucher redeemable online for use on full price YOJ product only (the “Prize”). There will be three winners who will each win a Prize.

Entrance Requirements

1. To win entrants must complete a survey on the YOJ website during the Promotion Period and leave their email address at the end of the survey.


2. The Promotion is only open to global residents where there is a YOJ-hosted website aged 18 years or over, except for Promoter’s employees, their immediate family or any third party directly associated with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be valid. Proof of complying with the Entrance Requirements will not be accepted as proof of receipt or entry. Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical or connectivity or other problems.

4. By submitting a Promotion entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Prize fulfilment and disqualification

8. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer on 11 June 2023 ("Draw Date").

9. The Prize is as stated and subject to availability, prizes are not transferable and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.

10. The Prize cannot be used to buy discounted items, or in conjunction with any other discounts, offers or promotions.

11. Winner will be notified on the Draw Date that they have won via the email address they used for entrance.

12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails

Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

14. Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the selected prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

15. A winner forfeits their prize and Promoter reserves the right to select at random alternative winner if:

(a) within 48 hours of being notified by Promoter, a winner does not respond or does not provide their full name and relevant details (if applicable, details for the prize to be awarded; or

(b) if a prize is rejected; or

(c) if an entry is invalid or an entrant is disqualified or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant or winner that, in its absolute discretion, could bring Promoter into disrepute.

Promoter shall disqualify any entries that have failed to abide by and/or are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Personal Information

15. All personal details and/or information given either in the entry process or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants if they have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.

16. Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter (including name, address, email, social media profile, or other data) will be kept secure and only used in line with Promoter’s Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.

Use of Entry Content

17. Promoter shall own all (if any) of the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the entries and any other materials (whether visual, oral or written) generated during the various stages of this Promotion, in perpetuity and on a worldwide basis for use at Promoter's sole discretion including, without limitation, use in advertising, other media, press releases, editorial and promotional activity, point of sale material, Promoter's websites, third party websites (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Youtube), newsletters and e-newsletters.

18. Accordingly, entrants assign to Promoter any copyright and other intellectual property rights which exist in their participation in this Promotion and irrevocably waive any moral rights that could vest in them (which shall include their name, location and age) under the Copyrights, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or otherwise, and undertake to do all things necessary immediately on Promoter’s request to effect or confirm any assignment in this paragraph.

Limitation of Liability

19. Neither Promoter nor any agencies nor suppliers involved in this Promotion may be liable to the winners, whether arising from tort including negligence, breach of contract or otherwise or for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered whatsoever as a result of or relating to participation in this prize draw or the prizes to the extent permissible by law. No compensation for loss of earnings will be paid by Promoter for participation in any aspect of this prize draw.

Website Specific Terms and App Specific Terms

20. By entering this prize-draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these Terms and Conditions. If the Entrance Requirements require entrants to use the Promoter’s website, entrants must read and accept the Promoter’s website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to be eligible. If the How to Enter Requirements require entrants to download and use an app created by the Promoter, entrants must read and accept the app Terms and Conditions to be eligible. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that have failed to abide by and/or are in breach of these afore mentioned terms.

General Terms

21. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

22. Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to amend or waive any of these Terms and Conditions, or suspend or cancel the prize draw at any stage, in the event of circumstances that are unforeseen or beyond its reasonable control (including suspected or actual fraudulent or misleading practices or other breaches of these Terms and Conditions).

23. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this Promotion
